Team Clean Staff News

Hi! My name is Shelley and I have been the Office Manager at Clean NRG for the past 2 years. I have worked in larger corporations before and I by far enjoy the smaller family-run business environment any day. The team at Clean NRG are like one big family. We are always there to help each other out, no one has the attitude of this is not ‘in my job description’, we just lend a hand when needed and all pitch in to make sure we can offer the best outcome for the customer and support the business too.

Its is so refreshing to work for a company that can appreciate the importance of family. My son is in daycare four days a week and he loves it there. Unfortunately they seem to be a bit of a germ factory at times, especially in winter, and I need time off to look after him when he’s sick. I know that everyone here understands when I need time off for him or any other family events, I can take it. We have such a great support team here that nothing stops when I am not here and my admin assistant super-star Lee, is around to bridge that gap during any absences I may have, and the same goes both ways if she needs time off.

I love to have a job where I look forward to come to work, I don’t think many people have that. Not only is my day-to-day work what I love but its also coming to work to be with my adopted family as well!  I think it is a reflection of the quality of a business ethos when they treat no only their customers well, but their staff also love their jobs and we all get along so well together as a team and as friends.

Small businesses are being phased out more and more by large corporations and these are the important ties to our economy we need to make sure we look after them and support them. So if you ever have the opportunity to support local business over a large chain – do it!

From an early age Craig has had a desire to reduce his carbon footprint and his electricity bills. The opportunity came up to start a Solar energy business and Craig has never looked back. With 30+ years experience in retail and B2B, he has an excellent understanding of the importance of superior customer service and has an excellent reputation in the industry. Craig has been employed by some of the world’s largest companies including Sanyo and Toshiba.
